Ventura luggage

Has anyone here tried Ventura luggage at all?

I see that they do a system for my XR1200 and it looks as though it could be the way ahead given that H-D don't seem to be producing the nice bespoke luggage for this model anymore.

Although it looks costly I'm tempted to think that it will last a long time and be genuinely useful. Thoughts?

It's been featured in a lot of mags over the years and the reviews have generally been very favourable. It seems quality kit, with large volume (useful if you can filter/lane split). The only caveats are that it's not cheap and aesthetically questionable when the bag is not fitted to the bike.
