Quick trip to Scotland and an incredibly helpful dealer (Duffus Kawasaki) & KGT
Just got back from a 4 day trip to Scotland (Leven Links, near St.Andrews) and just wanted to recommend Duffus for helping my brother-in-law fix his mid 90's triumph that snapped its chain 30 miles south of Edinburgh on Friday afternoon. The shop came and picked the recovered bike up from the hotel and found a new chain and managed to fit it before lunchtime on Saturday - really good customer service (they even offered to let me test ride a choice of Kwakers whilst I waited for the b.i.l.), that meant we could enjoy the rest of the weekend on the Kawasaki GT Owners Club trip (yes, I know it was a Triumph, and no, Duffus didnt know it was a KGT related trip). So full marks to them and to the KGT for the long weekend and letting me com along as a guest.
Always good to hear positive feedback!
