Metzeler M5's

Just completed about 10,000 sport bike touring throughout Europe (Portugal, Pyrenees, Alps, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bavaria, Black Forest) using the new Metzeler M5 tyres.

Bike is a 1098s and standard Pirelli Supercorse only give me about 1800 miles. The M5's were a good all around choice for dry and wet conditions and each set lasted 4400 - 4800 miles.

Although I didn't do a great deal of motorway riding, there were times that it was unavoidable and the tyre centre did not square off as it has with previous brands (on KTM 950sm and '04 Multistrada)
