Kawasaki ZZR 250 1998 52,000k's

My son is doing his learners soon and is looking at buying a used Kawa ZZR 250, 1998 model.
It looks in reasonable nick and the engine sounds sweet and has only 52000 kilometres on it. He will use it as a commuter, probably less than 120k's per week. I'm taking it for a test ridee next week.
Do you know of any red flags on this model/year. Please excuse the the use of k's, poms.

Sorry, my son says it only has 22000k's on it. So its had less than 2000k a year on it.
